Now THIS is how to spend a paid day off of work
Inching along, at your own pace, doing whatever you do, without regard to anything – Of course, Marla said he was bad for the garden, and threw him in the recycle bin. He’ll have plenty to worry about … Continue reading
Around the house
Specifically the flowery areas. Keeping you updated on the important things, like the Hydrangeas – They blued in nicely, doing quite well this year. This heroic shot of the bumble bee is not what it seems – See, … Continue reading

Another nice thing,
about all the rain this year, the garden flowers are going gangbusters – I don’t even know what it is, but in a week or two the thing is going to explode with color. I’ll keep you posted. … Continue reading
BZZZZZZ
The yard is literally buzzing with activity – Bees! They do love our Foxglove, which is good cause there’s plenty of it. As long as they’re not stinging me, let ’em have at it.

Just last weekend,
I was wondering when this guy was going to start his annual antics. Some sort of native fern (the entire area is crawling with the things), just starting to unfurl – He’ll unwind a bunch of these, get huge … Continue reading
More Spring Flowers
The little camera does so well with these shots – I Wonder if I should even buy a new camera? We’ll see – Hope you enjoy.
Marla’s flock
Jimmy Swaggert has nothing on us! We have a small, yet VERY faithful following. Of daffodils that is. Every year they fight their way through the shade, and moss, and mole, and whatever. Here they are in all of their … Continue reading
24 hours ago,
There were snowflakes around town. Can’t stop spring from happening though. These guys have been putting up a brave battle with this weirdest of winter/springs – My money is on the flowers. The odds on the weeds are at 1 … Continue reading
