You don’t see that everyday
Well, maybe if you’re a stud at the ladybug farm you see this all the time – You’d think they’d be a bit more discrete about it….
Out for a stroll
And spotted this – Nothing special, I just liked the contrasts.
Foxglove, part 2
The worker bees are absolutely loving the foxglove – Keep at son, there’s a garden that needs pollinating.
KA-BOOM
The foxglove kinda exploded this year – It only took 400 inches of rain over the winter to make it happen……
Whatcha doin?
Nothing, just hanging around – Well, that and collecting pollen. It’s a bee’s life.
About sums it up
Lighthouse, Washington State Ferry, Puget Sound – Kinda cool to have them all right in the neighborhood.

Down at the lake
Actually about 75 feet above it – He’s a youngish (4 year old?) bald eagle. Hazy, filtered sunlight. Not the best shot. Sorry. But the bird is pretty cool.
More heron
Never gets old for me – Impressive bird. Thanks Mother Nature.

Nervous much?
Always, replied the Great Blue Heron – Dunno why, you’ve got an 8 foot wingspan… Thanks for posing bird.
