Got the motorcycle out and went over to John’s new house to help with whatever. It was a solid rain when I left, but then this happened after I got there –

Didn’t do a single productive thing while I was there. In fact, I think I may have made things worse. Took a couple photos that came out okay, but that’s not really helping –
When I went to leave, the rain returned. Along with some solid wind. Made the ride home entertaining.
That’s all I’ve got to show for an entire Saturday. Pretty worthless I was.
Sorry John, I sucked at today.
The crows were using the moon to direct themselves home –

We chose the local watering hole instead –
Marla went with the pear vodka and ginger ale. I went the Patron and Heineken route myself.
Not like it was sake or anything outrageous.
And it sure beats going to the gym.
Right Gui?
Happy birthday JohnCap! First birthday West of the Mississippi, if that means anything….
My neighbor loves holidays –

Not just these holidays either. ALL holidays. Valentines day, May day, Oktoberfest, Boxing day, whatever, he hangs out the yard art. He’s cut back on the Christmas stuff this year, nothing on the roof, no live reindeer, none of that. I’m gonna thank the economy for this….
This silly camellia is blooming –
It’s in the forties, gonna get colder tonight. Maybe some snow around here overnight. And this tough guy decides to go into bloom.
I guess that’s what they do.
Hummingbirds gotta eat too.
Right?
Went to the motorcycle show, played tourist, had lunch. I think the tourist bit was the best part. Took this rather popular shot –
Turned out well. Maybe well enough to print up and glue to a wall around here somewhere?
Lunch was a close second. The motorcycle show, a rather distant third.
