Sunny flower –
Texas would thank me for that. You’re welcome Texas.
He broke his tongue. It is now permanently stuck outside of his head –
You should see him try and drink out of the water bowl. Absolutely hilarious. And quite messy.
Yeah, I’m making fun of my cat. That’s what he gets for beating me up this morning.
Sun is going away sooner, it’s a bit cooler in the evening, and the flowers are giving up –
I for one, am ready for a change of season.
Doesn’t mean I don’t like them –
Happy little guys, huh? Even though fall is coming, they’re still sunny-side up.
Translation = Rainy season here in the upper left corner. Flowers love it –
Beauty, huh? At least until the slugs get to it……
Still pedaling to work, so the photos will have to be local. Spotted these guys in the garden munching on the plant life –
In some cultures, they’re considered a delicacy. In my neck of the woods urban sprawl, they’re considered disgusting. Certainly by the green thumb around here anyway. The insecticides will be flying in no time…..
At least lately. Been riding the bicycle to work the last couple weeks, which precludes carrying the camera, which precludes taking any photos. So yeah, nothing to see here lately, sorry about that. Have a sea-pidgeon til I get back at it –
Maybe tomorrow I’ll drive, it’s supposed to rain…..
Our friend the Great Blue Heron teaching us all about it –
Never mind that it was 7am, the water was 50 degrees and some idiot with a camera and a cup of coffee was watching from his hotel balcony; that bird did not give up. Then again, it’s not like he’s gonna head down to the local market to buy something for breakfast. He’d more likely head for Denny’s for some Moons Over My Hammy. But where’s he gonna keep his wallet so he can tip appropriately? Such cruel circumstance.
I digress. Nice work Mr. Heron, I for one, was very impressed. Next time I’m in Port Townsend, I’ll keep an eye out for you.
