A couple of shots from the weekend –

It’s November, and there’s one little Foxglove booming out in the yard –
Shoulda been done weeks ago. No idea why, but she seems to be thriving. Silly plant.

Of course some poor schlep is gonna have to rake all that. And that schlep is me. I already did it once this year. It’ll likely need a couple more passes.
It’s worth it for the color. Or so I’m told.
More proof that Fall is well and truly here. Spotted this on the ride home today –

Might there be a bit of magic in that one? Gonna be a heck of a party if there is….
The commute home started out nice, if a bit blustery. Then this –
It suddenly dropped ten degrees, and 6 minutes later I was enjoying a thoroughly rainy ride home. No complaints.
Actually, the headwind kinda sucked. There was that.
Snuck out for a ride a couple weeks back. Only took one picture –
And not a very good one at that. Whatever, it’s got a motorcycle and a train and some fall looking leaves. And that’s that. Time to put the motorcycle away for the winter, we’ll revisit in the spring.
Yes, it’s definitely fall –
He jumped up there on my way to work the other day, and stayed there for 20 some odd miles. Probably would still be there if a coworker hadn’t pulled him out.
Someone needs to clean and lube their drivetrain.
Just sayin.
This is Trailer (Well, that’s what I nicknamed him anyway. I don’t know his real name, and he doesn’t wear a collar. So I call him Trailer cause he’s always hanging around, sitting in the middle of the trail I use on my bike commute.) –
That’s pretty much his spot right there. About halfway home for me. I suspect he’s about halfway home too. Just hanging out in the awesome Fall sunshine. He’s a cool cat.
Today, the little bastard bit me. I think he was angry I didn’t bring treats. I’ll see what I can dig up for tomorrow.
