I drive to work, and home from work, I look out at the lake as I go by and see this MASSIVE crane looking thing on a barge out in the middle of the lake –

Today, I snapped a photo of it from the dock. Don’t know what it’s there for, or what it does? I suspect it’s important??? I also suspect that our tax dollars are involved. I’m gonna get  to the bottom of this……
